EvenKeel terms of service

Last updated: 29 October 2026. These terms cover the EvenKeel app, package com.evenkeel.app.

The service

EvenKeel gives two parents one shared record: a parenting calendar, messages, expenses, an info bank, and export. It is not a law firm, not a mediator, and not a court.

If a court order names a specific app, follow that order. Nothing in the app is legal advice or a filing with a court.

The plan

One subscription is meant to cover both parents, at US$12.99 per month, with a free trial. A charge happens only after Google Play billing is connected and you confirm a purchase there. These terms do not start a purchase.

If a trial or plan ends, the record stays readable and can still be exported. New entries wait until the plan is active again. Cancel a store subscription in Google Play. Canceling stops the next charge. It does not erase the record.

The record

Do not send a message you are not willing to keep. Messages cannot be edited or deleted. An expense amount cannot be edited after it is sent. The other parent can mark it paid or disputed. An export is a copy made at that moment. It is not, by itself, a court filing.

Acceptable use

Use the app for your own family. Do not break into another family's record, do not upload unlawful material, and do not use the app to harass the other parent. You are responsible for what you enter.

Your account

You can delete your account in the app or by email. See Delete your account.

Liability

The app is provided as available. A missed reminder, or a wrong entry you typed, is not a promise that a schedule was followed. Nothing here limits rights that consumer law in your country does not allow to be limited, including in the United Kingdom, the European Union, Brazil, Australia, and New Zealand.
